The Colts have hired Dennis Polian, another son of Bill Polian, to be the director of football administration.
As the article on PFT states, Dennis was the assistant to the head coach in Minnesota. What i dont understand is if that is the same thing as being the assistant head coach.
For those of of you who have watched "The Office", you know the situation with "Assistant to the Regional Manager" and "Assistant Regional Manager". They are completely different (though both are worthless positions). Let's just hope the position Dennis is going to man can actually be some good.
