Peyton Manning wants free agency...?

PrintSo, evidently Peyton Manning and Drew Brees will settle their lawsuit IF they are given unrestricted free agency? Is this accurate? Or is 13 news goin crazy? Evidently Peyton wants to be an UFA this year, and Brees wants it next year... I'm just kinda confused by this.
Is this new? This is the first I have heard of this! If not, I apologize for the dumb thread hehe.
But if this is new, and Peyton wants Free Agency.... why?!?!?
