Freeney Workout Video
Looks like this freaky fast footballer is going to be in peak shape with a new training regime this offseason. I imagine that the same workout year after year can get pretty boring for a 30 year old pro-bowl lineman. Can't wait to go to training camp this year! I really hope we see a lean mean Freeney flipping tackles over like he does those semi truck tires! Go Colts!
