Jaimie Thomas Development???
After looking through the colts roster for potential breakout players this year, I saw Jaimie Thomas' name. I know he was a big body with upside, and I was excited when we drafted him a few years ago. It would be great if he could develop into a starting-caliber guard because his size (330 lbs.) would really help in the run game.
How has he looked so far at camp? Any possibility of him having an impact on the Colts this year?

Nothing from this year...
…but I thought it was disappointing that he didn’t get a shot last year when Pollack had his annual meltdown. Rather than start Thomas, they moved rookie CFA Jeff Linkenbach to the position even though he’d never played guard before. To me, that was a vote of no-confidence on Thomas, and I haven’t given him much thought since. Look at McClendon – he might be your breakthrough player. He was essentially getting a redshirt season last year to learn to pass protect…
Thomas has been with the starting Oline in camp so far
Although, I don’t know how much that’s saying considering Saturday, DeVan and Pollak have been out.
This morning it was (L-to-R) Link-Reitz-Richard-Thomas-Deim, Wednesday night, same lineup with Ijalana in for Diem.
just wondering.....
If either Thomas or McClendon don’t cut it on the OL…….why not move one of them to the DL?
HhhhMmmmm…..
Interesting
certainly not the worst idea ever.
The Indianapolis Colts are going to be the 1st team to win a super bowl in their own stadium. 'nuff said.
