What are the chances that Grigson asks someone like Ciskowski or Ross to be the V.P. and assist him in returning the franchise back to prominence. I like the hire of Grigson but I don't think he has the eye for talent like either of the two. Also, I am becoming increasingly alarmed with Marty Morningwheg becoming the head coach. Is this the vision that got him hired? To get Marty as the head coach. That is uninspiring at best. This couldn't have been the best pitch Irsay received. At this point, I am just happy Polians are gone, just wish Caldwell followed him. Still a few sexy names to hire as VP. I just hope the new GM has some foresight to know he needs to bring in someone that has more credibility with finding and cultivating talent.....................................................................
