How is it the Rams can organize a dream team front office and Colts are left with Deer in the headlights Caldwell as the coach. Makes absolutely no sense to me. I sure hope I am wrong but its looking like more of the same next year. Oh well, it was fun to hope and dream, even if it was just for a couple of weeks. I'm not understanding why the front office hasn't been put in place. Unless they are waiting to talk to someone still in the playoffs, they are moving awfully slow.
