Ironic
Mentioning Einstein and Caldwell in the same post.
One is a master of time and space, and the other is Jim Caldwell.
What do I really have left in life but this place? It ain't much of a home, but it's all I got. Well, g******it. I'll be damned if I let some foreign, graffiti writin', soul suckin', son of a bitch in an oversized cowboy hat and boots take my friend's souls and sh** 'em down the visitors toilet!

You could have killed with that last line
If I were against JC, I would have put:
One is a master of time and space, and the other is a complete waste of time and space
"It's about the journey--mine and yours--and the lives we can touch, the legacy we can leave, and the world we can change for the better."

Hahaha
I like that. Of course, IF you were against JC.

Thought of another ending
…the other mismanages time and takes up too much space
"It's about the journey--mine and yours--and the lives we can touch, the legacy we can leave, and the world we can change for the better."

How is retaining Caldwell moving in a new direction? FIRE HIM, JIMMY!!!

It isn't
Firing Bill Polian is a new direction. Polian was clearly the head of this franchise the last 13 years. The head just got chopped off.

So what are we left with?
…a chicken running around aimlessly (as in Jim Caldwell)?
Or a man who was once restricted
is now a man empowered to do what he was originally meant to do. It definitely could go the way of the ‘chicken running around aimlessly’, but from what I hear ppl around the league say about Caldwell, he has the right stuff to be a great coach…

I seriously doubt that, from what I've seen.
I just wish there was a way to revoke his time-out calling privileges.
The only reason Caldwell is staying.
Is because Peyton Manning will be the starting QB of the Colts next year.
