So here's a mock draft for the Colts. I know most fans don't want to trade out of the Andrew Luck pick but by doing that we could add several players that will fit Pagano's scheme better.

Here's the mock:

Round 1, Pick #1: Colts trade pick to Browns for #4, #22, 3rd Rd pick, and 2013 2nd Rd pick.

Round 1, Pick #4: Redskins trade up to get RG3 so Colts move back again and add more picks. Trade #4 pick to Dallas (who picks Claiborne) for #14 pick, 2nd Rd pick, 2013 1st and 4th Rd picks.

Round 1, Pick #14: Dont'a Hightower, ILB. Let the transitioning begin. Pagano's new Ray Lewis.

Round 1, Pick #22: Peter Konz, C. Saturday might retire and Pollak hasn't shown enough.

Round 2: Mark Barron, S and Nick Foles, QB (from Cowboys)

Round 3: Dontari Poe, NT and Donnie Fletcher, CB (from Browns)

Round 4: Juron Criner, WR and Shea McClellin, OLB (from Cowboys)

Supplemental 4th - Joe Adams, WR

5th - DeQuan Menzie, CB

6th - Malik Jackson, DE

7th - Rokevious Watkins, OG

Supplemental 7th - Josh Chichester, TE
