I initially thought that the Caldwell situation is scaring away potential GMs. But now that I have given it some more thought, I believe it is the Manning situation that is doing it. It is a lose lose situation. If they let Manning go (which I think they should do), there will be a lot of backlash from the Manning lovers for doing that. If he keeps Manning, the team will be in the same position it has been in for the past 10 years; reliant on one player, without a lot of talent or depth!!!!!!! I wouldn't touch it either. Hopefully, the next GM is Eric DeCosta but they guy from the Eagles intrigues me. I am just ready for a new GM, a new coach........so ready for the draft, and a new season!!!!!!!!!!!!!
