Despite their QB "controversy", the 49ers continue to top the Winning Stats Power Rankings, with the top 3 AFC teams chasing right behind.
For what seems like forever now, the same several teams remain as the best teams in the league according to the Winning Stats. The 49ers and Broncos continue their dominance at #1 and #2, with the Patriots, Texans, and Bears jumping back up into the top 5. The Giants jumped up four spots to #6 after their beat-down of the Packers, and the Redskins moved into the top 10 after their Thanksgiving victory over the Cowboys.
The Colts moved up one spot to #25, but their offensive ranking went down to #12 this week, thanks to a sluggish performance by Andrew Luck and Co. You can see just based on raw stats the Colts would be 17th, average, but when you factor in they've played the easiest schedule in the NFL, that ranking drops to 25th. This week's opponent, the Lions, sit 11th overall.
You can find full Colts Season stats, NFL Strength of Schedule, and Consistency rankings on our Winning Stats page, and starting this week you can find Offensive and Defensive Third Down stats as well, which will be updated on Tuesday each week.
