I saw that Tyrann Mathieu is declaring for the 2013 draft. I saw that Janoris Jenkins returned two interceptions for touchdowns this past week for the Rams. Would the Honey Badger be a similar situation? They are both great talents with character concerns. Will the Colts have any interest in this guy as a corner or safety? At the very least he is a great kick returner. I know we wouldn't draft him in the first round and we don't have a second round pick. Is he worth a 3rd or 4th?
