Suppose Arians is gone due to hiring away, do any of the coaches that are / were let go today intrigue you enough to replace Arians, or would you prefer that the Colts hire within? Personally, if he has any gusto left, I think the Colts should let Norv Turner have a shot at the Offensive Coordinator job in the event that Arians leaves.
