I say yes. Sure he had the #1 pick. Sure he drafted the highest rated QB since Elway. But he drafted for a first year coach that became very sick part way through the season. He lost a ton of players and the virtually the entire coaching staff from the past regime. It is his first year with a first year coach and a rookie QB, not to mention losing long time contributors such as Addai, Brackett, Bullit, Saturday, Clark, Garcon, and that Peyton guy. he had to totally rebuild this roster and had little money to spend in free agency. He has been extremely impressive to me, and I don't think he gets enough credit, even amongst Colts fans. I know some are saying Elway should be considered GM of the year. He did step way out to bring in Peyton, which has worked great for them, but I don't think that compares. I think Grigson is the GM of the year by a long shot. Thoughts?
