What do the Colts need?
Forget the QB position. The Colts will take Andrew Luck No. 1 overall. I keep saying that to all of you because 1) It's going to happen, and 2) you need to be ready for when it does. Retaining Peyton Manning or drafting Robert Griffin III just isn't in the cards. Andrew Luck is your QB for 2012, it just hasn't been made 'official' yet.
What else does this team need though?
Defensively, they are switching away from Tampa-2 to a 4-3, 3-4 hybrid. Corner play in 2011 was putrid. Robert Mathis might not get re-signed. Dwight Freeney might get cut.
Offensively, Reggie Wayne might not come back. Jeff Saturday may retire.
