So Grigson told this kid we were moving to the 3-4. Hmm. I guess it is official. I think we all knew that after the press conference but now that he has said it, the draft should be very interesting. I wonder what Grigson thinks about Hughes in the exact same position.

I’d say we are moving to a hybrid first. Can’t move to a 3-4 overnight.

I think we’ll eventually move to a 3-4 only though in the next 2-3 years.

Yes, but that guy might still be a 4-3 LB at 6'0 - 230

It says OLB in 3-4 alignment
