It looks like last year these were awarded on March 25. So based on history, we should hear something in the next 2-3 weeks. If you look at last year, there were (1) 3rd round, (2) 4th round, (2) 5th round, and the rest were all 6th and 7th round picks. The Panthers made out the best (3rd round pick) for losing Peppers and AJ Feeley.
The question is, will we get any picks at all. Bob Sanders and Kelvin Hayden do not count since they both were released. We lost Clint Session and Charlie Johnson (both starters on their new teams), but we also gained Jamaal Anderson, Tyler Brayton, and Ernie Sims (all backup players).
