According to the rules of the new collective bargaining agreement regarding offseason activities, which we really didn't see put into place last year because the lockout ended in late July, teams with new coaches can begin their programs today while teams with returning staffs can begin workouts April 16th.
For the Colts, NFL.com's Albert Breer reports (via info from Stephen Holder of the Tampa Bay Times) that they will start offseason voluntary activities tomorrow, April 3rd. Thus, for all intents and purposes, the Ryan Grigson-Chuck Pagano Era begins tomorrow.
If you want a great breakdown of how the new CBA controls offseason workouts, check out this article from David Fucillo.
Even though it is being reported that the activities are to start tomorrow, I get the sense that some Colts players are already at the facility.
Just got done with the first day, #Coltsnation should be happy. Love the players we have and the new staff. Getting it done.#BuildTheMonster

This is an exciting time for a lot of reasons if you're a Colts fan.
