Second half of the draft all signed to contracts.
Harnish, Brazzill, Fugger, and Ballard have signed their rookie contracts, and, additionally, according to this link: http://www.kffl.com/gnews.php?id=787394-colts---josh-chapman-agrees-to-terms ...so has Josh Chapman. "The Indianapolis Colts have agreed to terms with fifth-round draft choice DT Josh Chapman on a four-year deal worth $2.315 million. The deal includes a signing bonus of $215,512." Chapman's an interesting one, because while a whole lot of us have been assuming he'd be the frontrunner to start at nose tackle, we have to remember that he had surgery to repair his torn ACL on January 17th. He says he'd like to return by mid-June, but that's pretty soon for such major surgery. Either his tear was partial and wasn't particularly difficult to recover from, or he's being over-ambitious about returning to the game. Hopefully he wouldn't put his health at risk-- possibly re-injuring the knee-- by being too impatient.
