According to a report from the Indianapolis Star, the Colts first-round pick, quarterback Andrew Luck, has been officially signed. The details of the deal were not immediately known, but it is a 4-year deal and the Colts hold an option for a fifth year.

All that's left now is to sign Fleener and Allen, and then all the draft picks for Indy will be under contract.
