Per the Colts website, they have hired Tom McMahon as the new Special Teams Coordinator. I don't know a lot about this guy, but if he's good enough for Grigson and Pagano, then he is good enough for me. The way I see things, you don't think much about special teams when things are going well. It's when everyone knows the coach's name that things are probably sub par.
