Fallout from Colts season

I don't think it has been said but I think the record number of coaches and GMs fired has been instigated by the outstanding season the Colts had. Think about it. Mr. Grigson had very little wiggle room with the salary cap yet he went out and efficiently signed free agents that made significant impacts. He also went out and had an outstanding draft. Compile that with the success of BA/Pagano and the new coaching staff and other teams are looking at there staff with high expectations and a very low tolerance for excuses or taking 3 years to do it.

I think other teams are looking and saying if the Colts can do it in a season, then we should be able to do it as well. Sorry though, the Colts already have the best owner, GM and coach, so I doubt their success will be duplicated. I'm excited for tomorrow and this upcoming season. With all of the cap space, I think we will see some serious free agents come this way. Go Colts!!!!!!
