Cincinnati game . Today's game

NFL rewind is great !

Two things i took away from the Cincinnati game. The first was, that we did a good job the interior pressure. Most of the time our presence was felt within 3 to 4 seconds. Unfortunately that was not good enough. Today somehow we need to make Houston`s QB hold that ball a second more. This is on our secondary and how they are utilized. In that one second the Qb will have to make the decision to move around or throw it . Simple as it sounds this should be to our advantage. Move him off his spot.

The other thing i noticed although a small sample size ,Trent Richardson. On two plays and i noticed right away. Was that he did not dance on these plays. He ran directly into a lane that was not there and cut at the last millisecond followed again by another decisive cut. The results were fine. The point here is, this is how Ballard and Bradshaw ran . I hope this is an upward trend and not an anomaly.

I dont know who will win today. But these are the two things that i will be looking for. I realize we have a lot more issues but i thought these were positive. Now can we block or stop the run ? We still have a small window of time to improve.
