Should the Colts look to replace any of their main coordinators - has Pep done enough to be given a second year and has Greg schemed well enough to come back and has Tom's special teams lived up to expectations? At this time of the year all the coaching jobs are a question mark but if the Colts go one and out again should the team try to upgrade their coordinators. Also I am not sure if there is a consideration for salaries of coaches and if that impacts the cap space or not?
I think there will be some guys who might want to be associated with Colts the next few years as they look like they are going to be consistent contenders. Should the Colts look at some of the head coaches that got released to see if they want to shine as a coordinator or maybe reach down into the college ranks and bring up some young guru who is going to prove something.
I feel like the Colts are just a player or two away from being the next dynasty I just am not convinced we have coordinators that can get the consistent high level out of the players and be able to develop game plans that give us the advantage. I would love to see the Colt's bring Leslie Frazier back as the defensive coordinator but that is just one idea. Anyone want to suggest changes?
