What's better for the Colts: more QBs drafted in the 1st or 2nd/3rd round?

I was of the belief that we wanted QB hungry teams to reach in the first round thereby allowing better players to drop to us at 24. However, considering we don't have a second round pick would it be better for the Colts if more of those solid-2nd rounders slip to the third?

So, in summary of this overly long paragraph, what do you think is better:

Few, if any, QBs taken in the 1st round but many taken in 2nd/3rd allowing us to take a solid OL/DL player at 24 (maybe a secret superstar?), AND another solid player in the 3rd (we can all argue about the position wanted).

or

Many QBs taken in the 1st round meaning we get an immediate impact player dropping to us at 24. But potentially having less talent to choose from in the 3rd as more of the solid players at OL/DL/DB would have already been taken in the 2nd and 3rd.

I enjoy reading everyone's opinions about who we'll draft but I have no idea as I feel Free Agency will affect everybody's draft board, so I'd rather wait before getting involved in the nitty-gritty of mock drafts.
