Colts should target Dwayne Bowe

I think most of us can agree on what our needs are through the draft and free agency, o-line and defense being the most important, but I wanna focus on wide receiver in the post. In my opinion, our best bet is nabbing a wide-out in free agency. In the draft, there most likely wont be an 'immediate impact' player still available at the end of the first round (I don't think Keenan Allen is worth our 1st pick given our other needs). Of the free agents, I've read many opinions on who we should target and I can come up with at least one 'down side' to each one, save one, Dwayne Bowe. We don't need Welker (cause we have T.Y.), Wallace and Harvin are too expensive (need to spend that money on o-line and defense), Jennings is washed up, etc...etc..... With that shiny new West Coast offense we'll be deploying, we have most the key positions filled; we're set at tight end, we're set at slot (where hopefully Pep will put T.Y.), all we need is that proto-typical big, physical outside receiver. I think Bowe is that guy and I think he could be a monster! He's been on the verge of being 'elite' for a few years now and only hasn't become elite because he's had scrubs throwing him the rock in K.C. He's definitely got the size and the hands to get the job done. With Fleener, Allen, and T.Y. tearing up the 1st and 2nd level, I salivate at what might be open down field for Bowe with Luck chucking it down and letting him go get it. We would still have to spend a decent amount to get him but not top dollar. Unless I'm missing something (and I'm sure some of you will tell me I am!) Bowe should be our 1st priority target at wide receiver this off season. Here's hoping!
