So this isn't really about the Colts directly, but....can someone tell me what constitutes tampering? The league changed the rules this year so that teams can contact players 2 or 3 days before free agency begins. When reading about the combine though it seems like every team is reported to be talking to free agent player's agents. I don't know if this is tampering since they aren't talking to the players directly, but if it is and everyone else is doing it I hope we are, too. Any clarification?
