I am a big colts fan, win or lose its all about the horse shoe. I read many post on here and as a fanbase we seemed amped up. We look at up and coming free agents and players being cut to add onto our beloved colts. Lets not loose sight that we are still rebuilding. I myself am guilty of looking at quick fixes (shit if the Raiders cut Darren McFadden tomorrow i will be the first to welcome him with open arms) but we are not back to ruling the AFC South yet.
We may not be a playoff team next year, i hope we are but lets be honest. I never question the type of character guys we bring in but at the same time i don't want my team to become a retirement home for old players. Would a sophomore slump be worst for the team, front office or the fan base? Just think about the draft picks, the coach carousel and the fair weather fans. There are both positive and negative affects a bad year can have. Are we prepared for the sophomore slump?
