if the money stated is true then this is dumb to the core. Sounds like a guy that could have been had for a league min or at least a sub 1.5 Mil contract. I am pretty ok with all the other moves today but this is a giant head scratcher. I almost feel like this is an ego sign by Grigs or Pagano to prove one of them can scout or coach up talent better than the rest. Knowing the egos of the last family in our FO I do not want to see a repeat of ego.
