If you trust Mike Chappell of the Indy Star...he just tweeted, "Just exchanged texts with someone who should know and was told Colts not in play at this point for Cliff Avril. I trust the voice."
Bummer. Would have like to see it happen. Can't wait to hear what comes out of the Landry visit and if Grigson has any other FA moves coming. I'm just as happy if they choose to build through the draft instead but with no 2nd rounder, no 5th rounder and plenty of cap space I'm good with spending a little FA cash this year.
