Last season, Andrew Luck got got smashed by all Defenses by the lack of Offensive-Line production. Going in to free agency, we all knew the Grigson would do something to change that, and that's exactly what he's done. Anthony Castonzo, a former first-round draft pick, is pretty much what we need at LT. No point in going LT in free agency. Yesterday, Grigson got to work at RT, a big need since Ijalana has been injured. Gosder Cherilus, a former first-round draft pick (picked by the Lions), signed a long-term contract with the Colts. Cherilus will start from day one. Also Yesterday, the Colts signed a contract with former Patriot OG Donald Thomas. He has lots of upside and fills a big need. Now, the Colts could still tweak the O-Line in the remainder of free agency or the draft, but as of right now, this is the Colts O-Line... LT- Anthony Castonzo. Castonzo will be solid for as long as we have him, and no doubt he will do his job well. RT- Gosder Cherilus. Cherilus is the second highest paid RT in the league and is only 28 years old. Also, a good rotational guy (if healthy) is Ben Ijalana, a former second-round draft pick. LG- Donald Thomas. Has enough experience and talent to be good for years. RG-?. This is the question mark. Joe Reitz is probably the best talent, but McGlynn has the most experience here. Another option is Ben Ijalana. Not sure if he could fit at guard, but definitely an option. C- Samson Satele. Not a good player, but is being paid too much to bench. We could always go with the draft option and pick up someone in the 3rd or 4th round. Please comment on what we should do at RG and/or center.
