Regardless of how you feel about this week, I think it was fun. I believe we landed some solid contributors that are going to really make a difference next year and I was left scratching my head on some. What's done is done, though, right? Played with a solid core of guys in NO and I believe has something to offer. Dominik Hixon, WR. A good 1 year stop gap. Ahmad Bradshaw, RB. Not durable enough to be a true number 1, but think of him and Ballard splitting carries! Finally - here's my wildcard. Steve Smith, WR. No, not the one from Carolina. The one who was tearing it up as a Giant a few years ago, but I believe tore up his knee, has bounced around, and may be our next Avery. We shouldn't worry too much about cap dollars yet....Zibs will be the first of several cuts to free up more cap room. We've signed more than we've lost, I think, so more people will be shown the door. Let's keep having fun. I don't want this week to end yet!
