Eric Winston released by the Chiefs

Eric Winston, the 6'7'', 302 lbs. offensive tackle, drafted by the Houston Texans with the 66th overall of the 2006 draft, was released by the Chiefs today. They pratically said now: "We're drafting Luke Joeckel."

Now, from a Colts perspective: I think the Colts should definetely take a chance at Winston. Winston is one of the best right tackles in the league, has an outstanding health (started 16 games for the 6th consecutive season) and the Colts needs help on the offensive line. Not that Winston Justice was bad, but he can't get healthy. The other Winston can get healthy and he's an improvement over the Colts' Winston.

What do you think?
