Interesting conversation about trading up into the bottom of the first round.

I was listening to Mike Tannebaum on NFL Network tonight. He is the former Jets GM. He mentioned that alot of QB hungry teams such as the Bills, Jaguars, and Jets that are drafting early in the second round may want to trade up into the bottom of the first. With the new CBA, first round picks are getting a 5 year contract so teams will want to lock their QBs in for 5 instead of 4 years. The salary between a late first and early second is not as great as it used to be so the incentive to trade may be there.
