I saw that the Chicago Bears traded Gabe Carimi to the Bucaneers for a 6th round pick. I know there's the general consensus that the last years of the Polian regime were plagued with drafting bust in early rounds. However, it's good to see that A.C. Is a good Tackle and only getting better. He's not great but has the potential to be. He certainly is worth more than the 6 round pick the Bears received for their T/G who was selected only 7 spots after Castonzo. I'm not sure if anyone knew that Castonzo would pan out for sure. I distinctly remember plenty of posters on this site saying they'd be happy with Carimi. I'm glad the Clots brass at the time picked the better choice. Of course now hindsight is 20/20 so I don't want to hear any Nostradamus' bs about how you knew AC would ultimately be the better player.
