squeaky clean

for an organization that wants to be considered one of the good guys there have been two Colt players breaking rules/laws/common sense - whatever you want to call it and not a word from the team. Brazil has had a chance to explain if there was an explanation other than I got caught - was he on a prescribed medication that tests positive and he didn't realize it - I don't know provide some type of of explanation - Chapman made me - something -

Lefeged was in a car with guns and open alcohol - maybe he didn't know about the guns - maybe he didn't spot the booze - maybe he just did something stupid

I would expect the Colts to announce Brazil is off the team - period. he broke the rules - maybe Oakland will give the kid a second chance - he looked like he might become a good pro-receiver - but break the rules and then call it a minor setback - and you should be on the outside looking in

Lefeged situation is different - if the charges are proven he should be banned and not given a second chance - being a gangster is cool and should be emulated by up and coming ballers - no being a gangster is a life style that removes choices and options and one of them is playing pro-ball - now if the circumstances are different than the early reports maybe a suspension would be sufficient - but I cannot imagine what those circumstances would be

if you want to be one of the good guys you set the bar high and make the players understand what they have bought into - or is it just a public statement to attract fans and the team will accept these behaviors because the team needs them
