Unless you have barely paid any attention to the Colts in the past few years, you'll know that Collie was on pace to get a monster 14TDs in 2010 before he got flattened against the Eagles, which figures to be part of the reason to another two concussions (including one last preseason). He then had another major setback only a short time later in his return game as he suffered a knee injury against the Jaguars in week 3, 2012 to end his career.
It's been a very sad story thus far the fourth rounder drafted in 2009. He was looking like a stud up until that Eagle game. Reports now say he fighting to see field in 2013..and he is quite determined to do so. He wants to be picked up from waivers
If it weren't for these concerns, he'd 100% have a job. He has serious talent and Colt's wouldn't of released him if he went through the season healthy because he would've been so productive (imo). What do you think Collie should do? One last last last chance? Think of this scenario: imagine if he goes to another NFL team, goes through 2013 injury free and knocks on the door of 1000 yards next season. Personally, I'd be very happy for Collie if that were to happen, but upset too that it wasn't for us as I really like the guy and I think he is due for some much needed luck (Luck) from the football Gods.
Let us know what you think in the poll below. If he were to play for a team (which he wants), I would love for it to be the Colts. (note: i'm in no way trying to be rude to Collie by saying what I think he should do as I barely have any idea of his personal life. I just want to know what step you think Collie should/what step you want him to take from an outsider's perspective, based on the information and history we know about him.)
