I saw that from ProFootballTalk that the Eagles are looking to trade for a starting caliber safety from anyone in the league. The first thing that came to mind when I saw that was the possibility of trading away a liability, LaRon Landry. In the last 3 games in which Sergio Brown had started at safety the defense has be superb, he has shown life as a cover safety and the team even holds him as one of the team's vocal leaders on and off the field.
LaRon is known as being a lone wolf which is possibly the reason why he can't communicate correctly with the team. I think that if Sergio can have another strong game today against the Steelers that the Colts should consider trading Landry, especially if they can get a mid-round pick out of it...
