It seems like it has been a long time since we did a Colts injury report - and in fact it has been, since they've been on a bye week. The team returned to practice today, however, and here's the full injury report from their first practice of Patriots' week:
Gosder Cherilus, OL (groin) - did not practice
Arthur Jones, DL (ankle) - did not practice
Erik Walden, OLB (quad) - did not practice
Reggie Wayne, WR (rest) - did not practice
Victor Butler, OLB (hamstring) - limited practice
Henoc Muamba, LB (toe) - limited practice
Josh McNary, LB (ankle) - full practice
A few notes...
- Chuck Pagano said today in his press conference that Cherilus, Jones, and Walden are all day-to-day. Of course, with the Colts that doesn't give us much insight as to whether or not they will play, but it shows that everybody is at least somewhat close to returning. Jones has already missed six games and Walden has missed one game.
- Reggie Wayne was just a regular veterans rest day for him.
- Two backup linebackers - Victor Butler and Henoc Muamba - both were limited today and another backup linebacker, Josh McNary, was a full participant.
- The Jones brothers - Colts DL Arthur Jones and Patriots' DL Chandler Jones - missed their team's practices today.
