I know this is 2 years too soon but I'm impatient

I've consistently heard that a draft class should be given 3 years before you evaluate their usefulness in the NFL. Well I'm getting anxious about having to wait another 39 days for the draft, I want to do something draft related but I have no idea about the college players so this is what I did instead.

Here's the 2013 first round draft with their (summarised) grade from PFF (I know it's the not be-all and end-all but I wanted some point of reference). Do you agree with the grade? Do you wish we'd taken another player? One thing I would question from this info is: why do the teams, media etc expect 1st round picks to be immediately productive? Because it doesn't seem to be the norm.

Anyway, here's the list:

1.Eric Fisher - OT - Negative

2.Luke Joeckel - OT - Negative/IR

3.Dion Jordan - DE - Neutral

4.Lane Johnson - OT - Slightly positive

5.Ziggy Ansah - DE - Neutral

6.Barkevious Mingo - OLB - Negative

7.Jonathan Cooper - OG - IR

8.Tavon Austin - WR - Positive

9.Dee Milliner - CB - Negative

10.Chance Warmack - OG - Negative

11.DJ Fluker - OT - Negative

12. DJ Hayden - CB - Negative

13. Sheldon Richardson - DT - Positive

14. Star Lotulelei - DT - Positive

15. Kenny Vaccaro - S - Positive

16. EJ Manuel - QB - Negative

17. Jarvis Jones - OLB - Negative

18. Eric Reid - S - Positive

19. Justin Pugh - OT - Positive

20. Kyle Long - OG - Negative

21. Tyler Eifert - TE - Slightly Negative

22. Desmond Trufant - CB - Positive

23. Sharrif Floyd - DT - Slightly Negative

24. Bjoern Werner - OLB - Negative

25. Xavier Rhodes - CB - Slightly Positive

26.Datone Jones - DE - Negative

27. DeAndre Hopkins - WR - Slightly Negative

28. Sylvester Williams - DT - Negative

29. Cordarelle Patterson - CB - Positive

30. Alec Ogletree - ILB - Negative

31. Travis Frederick - C - Positive

32. Matt Elam - S - Negative

I considered less than 1/-1 to be neutral, less than 2/-2 to be slightly and more than 2/-2 to be negative or positive.
