Entering his 9th year as football player, (singed with Broncos in 2005 as undrafted player, then played 4 years in the CFL, later signed with the Seahawks in 2011) Browner comes off a substance abuse suspension imposed by the NFL last season. During his 4 years with the Seahawks, Browner posted 10 interceptions, 117 tackles, 3 FF, 1 FR and two defensive TDs. His best year was in 2011 when he recorded 6 interceptions, 51 tackles and 23 passes deflected and his two defensive TDs in 16 games. He is a free agent and the upside for this guy is unique. He can easily be a starter and the #2, he can play the pass, the run and can cover really well. At 6'4, Browner has the physicality and talent to play the Jones, Megatron or A. Johnson.
Though he's 29, he can be a really interesting pick up and will not demand the crazy money other CBs ask for.
