Biggest question mark?

I don't know this answer for sure but I bet the Colts are the only NFL team going into preseason that does not have a player on their roster that has ever snapped a ball in a regular season game. I am of course not counting the efforts of our long-snapper - Overton.

I know I can't think of a single team that doesn't have an experienced snapper on the roster - as projected starter or a durable backup.

Right now what the Colts have to compete for the starting center job is virtually 3 untested rookies - a 4th round pick and 2 undrafted rookies. I am hoping that when teams get down to their last cuts the Colts can find a servicable center with some experience.

I now there was some talk that Thomas could play center - has anyone seen game film of him doing that and does anyone know if the injuries he is recovering from would impact his play at center more so than at guard?

I remember reading that Grigson had a quote something about not wanting to start rookie lineman - or preferring not to - well that is exactly where the Colts are at looking at the current roster - we will be starting a rookie center. Well we are about 3 weeks before the 1st preseason game to discover what we do have. I am predicting the Colts to the super-bowl but will feel a lot better about it if we upgraded that offensive line. - GO COLTS
