The Pats traded Logan Mankins to the Bucs for TE Tim Wright and a fourth round pick. Did not see that coming at all, but then I don't pay that much attention to any team but the Colts. Wright is supposed to have very good pass catching potential for a TE. The Pats maintain that Gronkowski is fine, and that this is a depth move. The Pats unload over $5M in cap space; pick up a talented young TE; and get a 4th round pick. Still a shocker, given Mankins high performance over the years. Has he been slipping? There were some comments of the Pats selling high?
