Defensive end Kemoko Turay has been ruled OUT for Sunday’s road game against the Titans. Turay did not practice all week with a neck injury and was listed as DOUBTFUL and a long shot to play, so Turay being ruled OUT shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise.
