Tarik Glenn Sighting!

So I'm in Costco with my mom and sister (dragged there post-dinner, not by choice), and we finally end up at the register, having shopped around what is essentially a warehouse for the better part of an hour. I look around, there's this just enourmous guy at the other register checking out. He looked familiar, and I kept thinking "Who the hell is that?"

It finally hit me after about two minutes of squinting and thinking. It's Tarik Glenn!

So, having encountered Stephen Colbert in LaGuardia Airport once, only because I randomly introduced myself (true story), I decided to go over and say hi. So, I walked over, looked up (I'm 5'6"), and asked "Excuse me, are you Tarik Glenn?". He said yeah, and I offered him a handshake and told him thanks for keeping Peyton in one piece, and that I hoped he was enjoying his retirement. He laughed, said thanks, and went out to his car.

I didn't have my phone or any paper on me, so I don't actually have any verification, but it was definitely Peyton's backside sentinel. Anyway, hope you guys enjoyed my story. Anyone else encounter any Colts players around town?

Tarik
A buddy of mine works for a custom countertop company in Westfield, and had to replace a countertop at Tarik's house a couple of years ago.  A couple of Tarik's buddies had been horsing around in the kitchen and somehow broke the countertop.  My buddy said Tarik was extremely polite.

where i used to live
my parents live across the street from jeff saturday, in the same neighborhood as tarik glenn, tony dungy and stephen jackson (cough) used to live in the neighborhood...i see tarik during the summer walking with his kids and he seems like a really nice guy. i never really stop and talk to him or the other colts in the neighborhood because i respect their private lives but they all represent the community very well
