Best Damn Countdown

Does anyone else watch the Best Damn Countdown on Fox Sports Network? Well they were doing the 50 phenomenal players and starting off they had Calvin Johnson and ending with Kobe Bryant as #1. They had football players, baseball, basketball, and so forth on they list. I believe T.O. got 30, and Vince Young (maybe Vick, I forget) in the top ten. Can anyone guess where Peyton Manning was? Marvin Harrison? Reggie Wayne? Hell even Tom Brady? If you guessed not even on the list, then you win!

Figures...
Guess the greatest quarterback in NFL history doesn't count in the mainstream media's eyes.  But a freaking' first-year rookie who had on total a sub-par season(Young), and a big mouth loser who likes to lead the league in dropped passes?  He da man.

T.O.
also lead the league in TD catches as well. I'd like to see how many drops Harrison would have with a torn tendon in one of his fingers. I'm guessing just as many as T.O.

seriously doubt that
i seriously doubt that sense he got injured one year to such an extent that he had a cast on his arm but still played and was productive.

You don't pay attention ...
Harrison played most of last season with an injured hand.

Um...
Maybe you haven't seen the cast that Marvin played with 2 seasons ago.  The difference between TO and Marvin is... TO gets credit when he is injured, and Marvin has has problems with his hands and wrists for 2 years but refuses to see a doctor or let the team look at it for fear that they won't let him play.

The Media
It's the times we live in, to get Media attention now days, you have to be a narcissistic spoiled loud mouth idiot like T.O.. Marvin and Peyton are none of these.

fox
given the type of shows on fox, i can see where guys like vick and T.O. would rate high.  they are interested in news makers.... not players..

Re: Fox
I disagree, ESPN is much worse than Fox.

Re; Fox vs. ESPN
That's because ESPN hangs off the lower extremity of any team named patriots.  But check out this article on Fox Pat's Not All That.  Try getting that on ESPN.
