Zach, a West Point graduate, has put his NHL dreams on hold to serve his country in the Army after the Army put the brakes on his hockey career. While Zach is taking care of his military obligations, Chris is working on a hockey career of his own with the New York Rangers organization.

After signing late, Scheppers proved he was healthy and worth the hype with an often electrifying showing in the Arizona Fall League. Consistently pitching in the upper-90s out of the bullpen, there is now some debate over what his role should be. His size, pitchability and, of course, raw stuff should allow him to succeed as a starter or a reliever.
