It's no shock that known spending buffoons Jerry Jones and Daniel Snyder top the list of owners who spend the most on their teams. Also in the top three is Microsoft gazillionaire Paul Allen. But did you know that the fourth most "committed cash" by an owner to his team (how much each team spent in actual dollars on player costs) is Colts owner Jim Irsay. How's that for a small market owner!
