ColtsPower is reporting that unsigned third-round pick Freddie Keiaho has reported to Rose-Hulman in Terre Haute, the site of Colts training camp. While no contract signing announcements have been made, it's safe to say that if Keiaho is there it pretty much means he's signed and will participate in training camp. Players cannot attend or participate in training camp unless they are inked.
