Hagler signed, avoids restricted free agency

Tyjuan Hagler signed a one-year, 1.44 million dollar contract with Indy, avoiding restricted free agency. Hagler was pretty good a SAM this year, but was not stellar. I still think if Rob Morris had not gotten hurt early in the year, Hagler would still be a back-up. At times, I think even Boiman outplayed him. Still, 54 tackles, a sack, and a pass defended are good for a guy starting 7 games at a position he has never played before.

It will be interesting to see if Rawb gets to get his job back when he recovers. Remember, Rob signed a three-year contract in April 2007.
