Way back in September, the Jaguars played the Colts in Indy and were fighting to keep their season alive. They won that game after rushing for some ungodly number of yards and getting several gifts from the officials. Now we are in December, and the Jaguars' season has long since died. Now, they are playing for pride and would like nothing more than to hurt Indy's chances to get in the playoffs.
Back in September, the Colts did not have LT Tony Ugoh, SS Bob Sanders, or OC Jeff Saturday available. They also didn't have DTs Antonio "Mookie" Johnson or Daniel Muir. With all these players available for tonight's game, the game plan is simple: Stop the Jags run, get a lead, and attack David Garrard. The Jags will be pumped because, well, it's the Colts and because Richard Collier is watching the game tonight with the team. Fandom aside, it is great Collier is there.
Like all games this year, this one will likely be a battle from start to finish. As always, for a Jaguars fan's take on the game, head to Chris' Big Cat Country. Though we had some nastiness there this week, BCC is still the best Jags site on the net. Here's to a good, clean game.
Go Colts!
